InfoCert S.p.A, the biggest Certification Authority in Europe, is looking for a Business Compliance Consultant to be hired in Milan or Padua’s Office.

Key unit of the Innovation&Strategy Direction, the Business Compliance Team supports InfoCert customers in defining their digital transformation journey and the roadmap to achieve it, developing new InfoCert Solutions in compliance with all the applicable regulations. The Team ensures the compliance of implemented solutions, meeting customer business needs in providing a smooth digital experience to prospects, customers, employees, suppliers and all other stakeholders.

InfoCert Business Compliance team monitors the evolution of the legislative framework and the business trends in the main industries where InfoCert competes, to contribute to the definition of the company product portfolio evolution and foster its innovation engine.

The choosen candidate, will manage the following activities:

• work in the intersection between business processes, compliance and regulations, technology and solutions, acting as an interpreter between languages
• supportt top InfoCert enterprise customers in Italy and on the international markets
• work closely with the PreSales and Sales teams in the proposition of the solutions to the customers
• analyse the Italian and International legal frameworks on Trust Services, and the concrete declination in real business situations and solutions
• support InfoCert solution development teams in the design phase for vertical and customized trusted solution
• work closely with Marketing and Innovation departments to define business and regulatory requirements for InfoCert products and solutions
• constantly monitor the evolution of country- and sector-specific regulatory/compliance frameworks to anticipate market needs and spot business opportunities for digital transformation trends

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in consulting on in firms with a strong focus on new technologies and/or compliance

Master’s degree or equivalent (Laurea Specialistica according to the Italian framework) in Management, Economics, Political Science, Law

Fluent in Italian (written and spoken, C1 level or higher)

Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher)

(preferred) fluent in a German

(preferred) fluent in an Eastern European Language (Polish or Romanian)
