InfoCert S.p.A, the biggest Certification Authority in Europe, is looking for a Digital Archivist to be hired in Rome’s Office.
Key unit of the Innovation&Strategy Direction, the Business&Compliance Team supports InfoCert strategy and go-to-market approach, helping customers in defining their digital transformation journey and the roadmap to achieve it and developing new InfoCert Solutions in compliance with all the applicable regulations. The Team ensures the compliance of implemented solutions, meeting customer business needs in providing a smooth digital experience to prospects, customers, employees, suppliers and all other stakeholders.
InfoCert Business & Compliance team monitors the evolution of the market trends and legislative frameworks in the main industries where InfoCert competes, to contribute to the definition of the company product portfolio evolution and foster its innovation engine.
The choosen candidate, will manage the following activities:
- work in the intersection between business processes, compliance and regulations, technology and solutions, acting as an interpreter between languages
- supportt top InfoCert enterprise customers in Italy and on the international markets
- work closely with the PreSales and Sales teams in the proposition of the solutions to the customers
- analyse the Italian and International legal frameworks of the industries where InfoCert competes
- support InfoCert solution development teams in the design phase for vertical and customized trusted solution
- constantly monitor the evolution of country- and sector-specific regulatory/compliance frameworks to anticipate market needs and spot business opportunities for digital transformation trends
Additional informations:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as digital archivist, in consulting or in firms with a strong focus on new technologies and/or compliance
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Laurea Specialistica according to the Italian framework) in Digital Archive, Political Science, Law
- Post-graduate program in Digital Archives (Master or Diploma d'Archivio di Stato)
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken, C1 level or higher)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher)
- (preferred) fluent in German
- (preferred) fluent in French
