Posizione

InfoCert is looking for a Product Innovation Specialist that will work in the key unit of the Innovation Portfolio.

Innovation Portfolio is the unit with the task to align products evolution and R&D activities to InfoCert business strategy.

From incremental innovation to high level design of radical business model changes, Innovation Portfolio coverage span on the three innovation horizons:

- Relevant product evolution - roadmaps and budgeting (3-6 months horizon)

- New products, concept, design, and prototypes (6-12 months horizon)

- R&D activities and financed projects (>12 months horizon)

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct project management for research and innovation projects, often financed through EU funding programmes
  • Produce reporting and relevant documentation on the managed projects for internal and external stakeholders
  • Make presentations to a diverse public
  • Construct and maintain a collaboration network with EU partners
  • Collaborate to the ideation and writing of innovation proposals, including the harmonization of different contributions and preliminary workload distribution among participant companies
  • Keep informed on state-of-the-art developments in areas of relevance to infocert business
  • Monitor funding initiatives of relevance to infocert business


Requisiti

Must-have characteristics:

  • University training in a scientific, engineering or management discipline (a comparable work experience may be considered)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the management of non-trivial projects (> 20 Man/Months)
  • At least 5 years overall working experience in information technology
  • Fluent English (comparable to C1 level)
  • Availability for international (mostly EU) travels
  • Understanding of research and innovation processes

Nice-to-have characteristics:

  • Understanding of the business and technology of trust services
  • Some experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Previous experience in the management of EU funded innovation projects
  • Understanding of certification and compliance processes
  • Appreciated: French, German and Spanish
